"The haircut with Chloe was excellent. She built an amazing rapport with my child enabling him to feel reassured and have his haircut. My child would not even step foot in a hairdressers, so this was a major improvement.'

 

"Chloe was amazing with my daughter. My daughter was initially extremely upset about getting her hair cut. Chloe managed to calm her down and my daughter warmed to her immediately. She even managed to brush through my daughter's hair to the point she really enjoyed it and wanted her to continue. The service Chloe offered made a usually difficult, stressful task a pleasure. We will certainly be back to use the service again."

'Always welcomed into the building and lots of amazing sensory items for children on offer. Chloe is amazing at what she does. Always welcomed my son with a big hello and asks about him. Chloe talks about things my son likes such as football and how he is at school. My son feels at ease and comfortable. Chloe encourages him throughout and if he really struggles she pauses or does another area then comes back to finish so he doesn't get distressed. He sits calm for her and relaxed and he is able to have a big boy haircut and we cannot thank Chloe enough. Having the reward of the sensory room helps my son regulate and have a focus. He can access the service in his Kaye frame no problems. Perfect!!'
